Hi, I’m Taylor, and I have a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (Honours) from Monash University. I am committed to providing neurodiversity affirming, strengths-based support, to enable individuals to feel confident being their full authentic selves. I enjoy working closely with the individuals I support to ensure we are working on goals in a collaborative way that meets their interests and needs. I thoroughly enjoy collaborating with families, schools, and wider support networks, to empower them with confidence and knowledge. Prior to joining the Light Team, I worked in early intervention, supporting children aged 0-13 and their families. Within this role, I provided parent coaching, and community-based support. Whilst studying, I worked as a support worker, where I found my passion for supporting people to participate in activities that are meaningful to them. When I’m not at work, I like to spend my time travelling and learning more about the world around me, being with my friends, and playing sports. I have recently started training to run a half marathon, and hope to one day run a full marathon.
